If you prefer a more hands off approach, we can offer you guaranteed rent. We pay you fixed guaranteed rent. We can agree a contract for 1 to 5 years.
Does your property need some work - not to worry we are more than happy to take on properties than need some work.
Short Stay Accomodation
This is one of our business, we are experts in short terms stay in the North East of England. We can either manage your short stay accommodation or provide you guaranteed rent. Either way your property is in safe hands with us.
